Here’s how our online Plant Shop works:

Order online during our special open hours

Pick up your order at one of our Charleston-area locations* the following Friday-Saturday

*Pick up locations include: our Summerville nursery, Magnolia Park & Community Garden, Holy City Brewing

For a smooth and healthy plant order pickup, please understand the following:

• As plants are alive, they must be picked up on Friday 4pm - 7pm OR Saturday 9am - 7pm.

• Plants left past 7pm on Saturday will be taken back to our nursery in Summerville on Monday; they will NOT be watered on Sunday.

• Plant health may suffer due to no water on Sunday depending on weather; Rita's Roots will not replace plants left behind.

• We will contact you on Monday if you forgot your order and will hold your plants for 7 days; for pickup at our Nursery only.

• Rita's Roots will not replace plants during this 7 day hold period. If plants are not picked up after the 7 day hold period, they will be returned to inventory or disposed of.

• Rita's Roots cannot replace your plant order if plants are left unclaimed after 7 days.
